Returns & Exchanges

  • You must first contact Horatio customer care ( and receive a return ticket number.
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Some items on may be considered special items and may have a limited return policy (please see the Special Orders section below). All purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees of 10-25%, for used or damaged returned items. 

Return Eligibility

All returned or exchanged items must be:

  • Returned within 30 Days.
  • In new condition.
  • In their original packaging.
  • Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • Ship via insured transport service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

  • Any signs of wear.
  • Parts of the item are missing.

If there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages when receiving your purchase, or if the wrong item was delivered.


Product Warranty

All Horatio watches come with a 2 year warranty.

Horatio warranties are automatically registered when you purchase a watch. will service every brand name watch sold on our website, or private watch boutique for a period of 2 years after purchase. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty does not cover "external damage" to the product.

What's Covered:

The warranty applies to the following:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Watch movement

What's Not Covered:

The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage which occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party, nulls and voids the warranty from

This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

  • External wear-and-tear from normal daily use.
  • External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch
  • Defects caused by outside force, improper use, or ANY such incidental damages which occur by dropping or banging the timepiece.
  • Any lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face
  • Outside modifications and third party repair attempts void the warranty
  • Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
  • Watches that are labelled as water resistant featuring a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing from receiving water damage inside the stem. Water damage is not covered under warranty by

The Fine Print: will repair or replace the product at our discretion, including the cost of all parts and labour during the warranty period. disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this product, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country. Some states, and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Return Fee for initial shipping costs

Select items sold on may be considered a "Special Order" and subject to a limited return policy. A "Special Order" may be:

  • Items that we do not have in the warehouse
  • Items that we do not have listed on our website that are specially ordered
  • All items that have a sale price equal to or greater than US$3,000.
